Cancellations

Cancellation by Us 

There may be circumstances where we are unable to accept and must cancel certain orders. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some common reasons for order cancellations include, but are not limited to,  

  1. Limitations on available quantities 
  2. COD (Cash on Delivery) not being available at your location 
  3. Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information 
  4. Issues with the product itself  
  5. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting your order. 

This refund would be applicable only if we cancel the order due to the above reasons.   
Scenario 1:
If we cancel an entire order after your payment has been processed, the amount will be refunded to your credit card, UPI or bank account details as provided by you within 5 to 7 working days after cancellation.
Scenario 2:
If a portion of your order is cancelled and your payment has already been processed, the amount which needs to be refunded will be refunded to your credit card, UPI or bank account details as provided by you within 5 to 7 working days after cancellation.


Cancellations by the User
If you wish to cancel your order you may cancel the order online (by logging into your account), or you may submit a cancellation request via email or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to accept or reject these requests.
After the 24-hour period has passed, you will no longer be entitled to cancel the order or receive a refund.
Scenario 1:
Cancellation Request Received within 24 hours of placing the order:
Generally, if we receive your cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order, we will cancel the order and refund the entire amount. Please note that we cannot process cash refunds under any circumstances. However, Orders that have already been processed (including those where a cancellation request has been received within the first 24 hours) cannot be cancelled.
We have the discretion to determine whether an order has been processed, and you agree not to dispute our decision.
Scenario 2:
Cancellation Request Received after 24 hours of placing the order:
For all orders where the cancellation request is received after 24 hours from the time of order placement cannot be cancelled.
The refunds against cancellation can be processed and you may request a chargeback only if:
You are eligible to cancel your order under above terms.
Despite being eligible and cancelling your order, we have not refunded your payment within the specified timeline.
For cancellations made as per our terms, a cancellation charge of 5% of the order value (excluding any loyalty points or store credit used) will apply to cover payment gateway charges.
