Printtech is a leading luxury Print House and Garment Design and manufacturing company in India and we provide premium products and services to you, through our physical stores and our site (defined below).
You ("You" or "End User" or "User" or "Your" or "Buyer" or "Customer") are required to read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully since your use of https://nirraamyaa.com/ and/or the mobile application ("Site") implies knowledge, understanding, and acceptance of all points under these Terms.
These terms become effective upon using the site and govern the relationship between you and us. If these terms conflict with any other document, they will prevail for the site's usage. If you disagree to be bound by these terms, you may not use the site in any way.

Prices and availability of products may change without prior notice, and final prices are determined at our sole discretion according to our pricing policy.
While we make every effort to provide accurate product and pricing information, errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a mistake, we may either contact you for further instructions or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation. We reserve the right to modify the price and will reach out to you using the email address or phone number you provided during registration or when placing the order. If we cancel an order after your payment has been processed, the amount will be refunded to your credit card or bank account.
Please note that no cash refunds are applicable for orders placed under the Cash on Delivery (COD) option. If a refund is required, the amount will be credited to your bank account.
Cancellation by Us
There may be circumstances where we are unable to accept and must cancel certain orders. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some common reasons for order cancellations include, but are not limited to, limitations on available quantities, COD (Cash on Delivery) not being available at your location, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or issues with the product itself. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting your order.
If your order or a portion of it is cancelled, or if we need more information to process your order, we will contact you. If your payment has already been processed and your order is cancelled, the amount will be refunded to your account within 5 to 7 working days after receiving your bank account details. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds at any time. If you made your payment online and we are unable to process the refund within the specified time, you may request a chargeback.
Cancellations by the User
If you wish to cancel your order, you may submit a cancellation request. We reserve the right to accept or reject these requests. Generally, if we receive your cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order, we will cancel the order and refund the entire amount. If your order is successfully cancelled, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days after we receive your bank account details.
Please note that we cannot process cash refunds under any circumstances. Orders that have already been processed (including those processed within the first 24 hours) or for which a cancellation request is received after 24 hours from the time of order placement cannot be cancelled. We have the discretion to determine whether an order has been processed, and you agree not to dispute our decision.
After the 24-hour period has passed, you will no longer be entitled to cancel the order or receive a refund. If you made your payment online, you may request a chargeback only if:
- a) You are eligible to cancel your order under these terms
- b) Despite being eligible and cancelling your order, we have not refunded your payment within the specified timeline
Refunds, Returns, and Exchange Policy
Exchange, Return, and Refund
Refunds
Refunds are issued as store credit only and will be processed within 5-7 working days after we approve the refund request if the product hasn’t been delivered yet, or after we receive the returned product.
Goods once sold can only be exchanged or returned for store credit along with the original invoice, provided they meet our terms and conditions. All exchanges, including changes in size, are subject to availability and our confirmation. If an exchange is processed, the item will be considered customized and will not be eligible for further exchange.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 15% of the product's MRP will be charged for any refunds or exchanges. If an exchange request cannot be processed due to limited inventory, store credit will be provided as per these terms. Store credits issued will be valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
Return/Exchange Requests
Requests for returns or exchanges must be placed within 24 hours of delivery. Requests beyond this period will not be entertained. Standard sizing may vary by brand, and we will not accept returns based on sizing issues.
Conditions for Return/Exchange
Products must be unworn, in perfect condition, and have all tags attached to be eligible for exchange or return. Products that are damaged, soiled, or returned without original labels may be rejected and returned to you. Items like belts, authenticity cards, dust bags, and tags should be included in the return/exchange. Unidentified returns may be sent back to the sender.
Specific Items
Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface; if the sole is scratched, we cannot accept the return/exchange. Briefs, swimsuits, bikini bottoms, accessories (including jewellery, clutches, wallets, bags, scarves, and belts), and any product marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.
Faulty Goods
Items received in a damaged condition are considered faulty. Items damaged through normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. Faulty items can be exchanged for the same product in the same size, subject to availability, or repaired if possible.
Custom Orders
All custom-made orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
Shipping for Returns/Exchanges
You will bear the shipping costs for returning or exchanging an item.
Bulk Orders
Orders with more than five products are considered bulk orders and are not eligible for return or refund.
Discounted Products Discounted items or orders made using loyalty points or promotional gift vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged.
Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation by Us
If we cancel your order, any payment made will be refunded as store credit within 5-7 working days after receiving your bank details. We do not offer cash refunds.
Order Cancellation by You
Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. If accepted, the full amount will be refunded within 5-7 working days after we receive your bank details. Orders already processed cannot be cancelled, and no refunds will be given. We reserve the right to accept or reject cancellation requests.
For cancellations made as per our terms, a cancellation charge of 5% of the order value (excluding any loyalty points or store credit used) will apply to cover payment gateway charges.

We are not responsible for any damage to products during transit from you to us. For in-store purchases, you can visit the store within the specified timeline for assistance.
Customization Policy
- Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable: All custom-made orders are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-returnable.
- Alterations: Any alterations are considered customization under these terms.
- Basic Silhouette: The basic silhouette of a product cannot typically be changed.
- Customization Options: Customization is available for adding a plain sleeve, covering a sheer part, adjusting measurements, and changing colors. Any embroidery will be considered customization and is chargeable.
- Size Customization: Products in sizes XS and below, and XXL and above, are considered custom-made.
- Early Delivery: Any order requiring early delivery will be considered custom-made.
- Availability and Charges: Customization is subject to availability and confirmation. Customization may be chargeable, and you will be informed of any charges within 3-4 working days after the customization details are shared, which may occur after the initial/full payment has been processed.
- Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel or withdraw customization services at any time without prior notice.
- Color Variations: Custom color changes may result in slight differences in the final product due to the printing and dyeing process, which is natural.
- Fitting Issues: If there are fitting issues due to erroneous alterations or production, we will rectify them. However, if a product is altered/customized as per the provided measurements, we do not take responsibility for subsequent fitting issues. Additional alterations may be subject to charges and availability of resources.
- Alterations on Discounted Merchandise: All alterations on discounted merchandise will be chargeable, regardless of the purchase date, product value, or type of alteration. Charges will be communicated within 3-4 working days after examining the product and receiving alteration details.
Fraudulent Use/Transactions
- Monitoring: We constantly monitor user accounts to prevent fraudulent activities. Users with more than one account or who engage in fraudulent transactions are subject to legal action.
- Cost Recovery: We reserve the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges, and legal fees from those who use the site fraudulently.
- Legal Proceedings: We may initiate legal action against users for fraudulent use of the site or other unlawful acts. Upon detection of a fraudulent transaction, we may immediately delete the associated account and cancel all past and pending orders without liability.
- No Liability for Refunds: We owe no liability for refunds in cases of fraudulent transactions.
- Transaction Decline: We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the decline of authorization for a transaction due to a cardholder exceeding the pre-set limit agreed upon with the relevant bank.
Credit Card Details

Billing
The prices for our products and services include taxes. The taxes applied will depend on the destination of your order. The tax rate will reflect the combined state and local tax rates based on the shipping address. We may also charge taxes on shipping fees where applicable.
For shipping outside India:
- Orders over INR 25,000: No shipping charges will apply.
- Orders under INR 25,000: A flat shipping charge of INR 2,000 will apply.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Invoice Amount: We only collect the amount specified on the invoice.
- Pin Code Restrictions: COD may not be available for all pin codes.
- Order Verification: All COD orders will be verified via phone before processing.
- Verification Attempts: If we cannot reach you after 3 calls, the order will be canceled.
- Advance Payment: COD may not be available for all orders. We may require an advance payment of up to 50% of the invoice value.
- Accepted Currency: Only Indian currency is accepted, excluding denominations no longer in circulation.
Delivery
- Timeline: We strive to deliver products within the timeline provided but do not guarantee it.
- Possible Delays: Delivery may be delayed due to factors such as:
- Bad weather
- Flight delays
- Political disruptions
- Unforeseen circumstances
- Production issues
- Operational/logistics issues
- Liability for Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by the above circumstances and you will not be entitled to any damages or compensation for delays.
- Notification: We may inform you of any expected delays at our discretion.
- Multiple Products: If you order multiple products, they may be delivered together or in installments, depending on stock availability. Each delivery is considered a separate contract.
- Delivery Attempts: If you are unavailable on the delivery date, please inform our customer experience team. Delivery attempts will be made up to 3 times before cancellation.
- Payment on Delivery: Products will not be handed over until payment is made. Returns or cancellations must be handled separately with our customer experience team.
- International Deliveries: Deliveries may be made without a signature per international shipping standards. Responsibility for the goods transfers to you upon delivery. If a third-party recipient is specified, evidence of delivery to the given address is considered fulfillment of our obligation. Optional SMS delivery options may be offered by our delivery partner. Choosing a custom delivery option transfers all delivery responsibilities to the customer.
- Delivery Issues: We may be unable to deliver orders due to reasons including product unavailability, quality issues, or inaccuracies in product information. In such cases, you will not be entitled to damages or compensation.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any loss or failure to perform obligations under these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (storms, floods, earthquakes)
- Outbreaks of contagious diseases
- Government actions
- Industrial disputes, strikes, labor unrest
- Civil commotion, riots, terrorism, war
- Poor environmental conditions
- Mechanical breakdowns

- Transfer of Rights: We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms without your consent.
- Termination: We may terminate user accounts or passwords if we find unacceptable conduct or a breach of these terms.
- Survival: Provisions that impose continuing obligations will survive the expiration or termination of these terms.
Arbitration
- Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from your use of the Site or these terms will be referred to a sole arbitrator chosen by the company.
- Location: Arbitration will be held in New Delhi.
- Governing Law: The Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, will govern the proceedings.

These terms, the Privacy Policy, and any incorporated documents are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be exclusively handled by the courts in New Delhi.
Specific Offer Terms
- Offer Restrictions: No two offers or discount codes can be combined.
Sale Purchase Terms (including End of Season Sales)
- Applicability: Sales are applicable to select products only and may not cover all items on the site.
- In-Store vs. Online Discounts: Discounts on the site may not apply to in-store products. Sales staff will provide information for in-store items.
- Returns/Exchanges: Products purchased during sales or with discounts cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Offer Combinations: Specific sale offers cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or coupon codes.
- Discount Application: If an order includes both sale/discounted items and full-priced items, discounts will only apply to the full-priced items.
- Custom Orders: Discounts do not apply to custom-tailored or early delivery orders.

- COD Orders: COD orders require confirmation via phone or email within 48 to 72 hours during sales. Unconfirmed orders will be cancelled.
Cash Back
- Form of Cashback: Cashback is provided as store credit only.
- Validity: Store credit is valid for 12 months from the issuance date.
- Applicability: Cashback applies only to non-discounted products.
